Deploying three new Gateway clusters (eight nodes) and knowledge of creating Primary nodes and Clustered Nodes. Building new Power BI On-premises data gateways from scratch, including setting up the default browser, patching the Windows server (if necessary), and ensuring compatibility with anti-virus software or McAfee Endpoint Defender etc. Deploying Power BI services, configuring gateways, and managing data sources. Troubleshooting common installation or network issues, including proxies. Configuring performance logging & Implementing imization techniques to improve performance. Installing drivers and certificates, as well as setting up ODBC connections for various databases (similar to the existing cluster): o Oracle Client o Oracle ODAC o MySQL o PostgreSQL o ACL o SAP .Net Connector o SAP HANA ODBC Drivers Installing certificates for Amazon RDB and other relevant systems. Creating roughly 300+ new connections in each new Gateway cluster. Migrating or repointing existing connections for datasets, dataflows, and data marts from the existing Single Cluster deployment to Multi Cluster deployment in collaboration with business users. Cleaning up user access from the old cluster after migration.
