Test, debug, and optimize the chatbot applications for performance, usability, and accessibility. Document the chatbot development process and provide technical support and guidance to the internal and external stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in RAG architecture, GenAI chatbots, and Microsoft Copilot Studio. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience in designing a RAG architecture in Microsoft Azure and creating custom GenAI chatbots. Proficient in Azure services, such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI Studio, and Azure Bot Service. Proficient in GenAI chatbot development, such as natural language processing, natural language generation, dialog management, and conversational design. Proficient in the Power Platform with specific emphasis on Microsoft Copilot Studio.
