Hybrid schedule at least 2 days in office Visa: GC-EAD, GC and USC/H4ead (Need Visa copy, DL copy and LinkedIn profile link) MOI: Skype Responsibilities Drive execution of Axiom Implementation program through the full project life cycle from project planning to delivery including development of target state business processes, build and adoption of technology solutions Manage weekly status reporting, understand and maintain programs RAID log, run daily and/or weekly working groups to support successful program delivery Coordinate all activities and dependencies of UAT to ensure the successful acceptance by the business owners including defect management and reporting in JIRA Provide appropriate information share and updates with senior management and other key stakeholders Oversight of program and project level resources including those provided by 3rd party providers 8-12 years of project/program management experience. Requirements Significant experience and track record of delivery of major cross functional initiatives at large and complex financial institutions e.g. implementation of Axiom for Regulatory reporting Deep understanding of finance, risk, operations, and data processes as well as the technologies enabling them Strong business, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving and decision-making skills Exceptional stakeholder management skills including experience at performing this across multiple functions, committees and areas Superior communication skills: both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff Solid knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools Must have Axiom experience; no other ERPs accepted. 2-3 interview rounds. Automate regulatory reporting in Axiom (FRY19/2052A/FRY9C). Assign tasks to the AVP. Phase 1 complete; UAT report automation (not this role). Talk to the steering committee. Non-technical roleno coding or system integration. Handles program sideProject Manager experience in report automation preferred.
