We expect a higher level of self-contained work ethic on our team. The candidate should be able to follow established standards and practices that we have established for our team. We have documentation to the effect to help the candidate with this. The candidate will be expected to thoroughly unit test their own code The candidate will be expected to provide regular Pull Requests of their code in generally smaller, easy to read, and easy to code review chunks. The candidate will be expected to participate in code reviews of other team members code.
