Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement complex AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans using Selenium to automate testing processes. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve AEM-related issues in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM and Selenium technologies and best practices. Required Skills and Experience: Strong proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, including components, templates, workflows, and OSGi bundles. Extensive experience in Selenium WebDriver for automating test cases. In-depth knowledge of Java programming language. Experience with TestNG or JUnit frameworks. Understanding of Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with AEM authoring, publishing, and deployment processes. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
