Collaborate with customer teams to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze customer's current Terraform IaC modules (Amazon EKS, Amazon MSK, Global Databases, etc.) to create backlog items for automation. Review existing AWS services and application development priorities to identify additional backlog items for automation. Create automation pipelines for development and deployment of IaC components. Develop runbooks for setup and automation of AWS services and components. Assist customer teams in standardizing the use of automation and deployed components. Set up monitoring, alerting, and notifications for AWS services and components. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and advise on AWS best practices.
