Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of OutSystems developers. Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders for timely project delivery. Development: Design, develop, and deploy applications using OutSystems. Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle. Ensure applications meet performance, security, and scalability standards. Collaboration: Work with business users to understand requirements. Integrate OutSystems applications with other enterprise systems. Provide project status updates to stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with OutSystems and low-code development trends. Identify and implement process improvements. Promote a culture of learning and innovation within the team. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience: 8+ years in software development, 3+ years with OutSystems. Proven experience leading a development team. Technical Skills: Proficiency in OutSystems, web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and database design. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: OutSystems certification(s). Experience with enterprise system integration and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
