You will work closely with various departments to understand their processes and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop custom workflows and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes. - Create, test, and deploy automated workflows to streamline business operations. - Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft 365 applications, such as SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook, as well as third-party applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated workflows. - Monitor and maintain existing automated workflows to ensure they are running smoothly. - Provide training and support to end-users on how to use automated workflows. - Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Power Automate and other related technologies. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate. - Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and services. - Experience with process automation and workflow design. - Familiarity with Power Apps and Power BI is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
