Required Skill Set: Technical Skills: o In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA segmentation functionalities and configuration. o Experience with SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Finance (FI). o Understanding of integration points between SAP S/4HANA and other systems. Analytical Skills: o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design and implement effective segmentation strategies. o Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable segmentation configurations. Communication Skills: o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Experience: o Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA segmentation implementations. o Experience with SAP project lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Key Responsibilities: Segmentation Implementation: o Lead the configuration and deployment of segmentation functionalities within SAP S/4HANA. o Define and set up segmentation strategies to optimize business processes across master data, sales, procurement, logistics, and finance. Integration and Configuration: o Configure segmentation settings in SAP S/4HANA, including segmentation profiles, master data, and transaction data. o Integrate segmentation with other SAP modules and external systems(EDI) as needed. Process Optimization: o Analyze business requirements and current processes to identify opportunities for segmentation to drive efficiency and effectiveness. o Develop and document best practices for segmentation to ensure consistent application across the organization. Testing and Validation: o Design and execute test plans to validate segmentation configurations and ensure they meet business requirements. o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to segmentation during implementation and post-deployment. Training and Support: o Provide training and support to end-users on segmentation functionalities and best practices. o Create and maintain user documentation and training materials. Continuous Improvement: o Collect and analyze feedback from users to drive improvements and enhancements.
