They work to ensure that software applications or systems meet quality standards and are free of defects. The Testing Lead often defines test strategies, plans test efforts, coordinates test teams, monitors the execution of test cases and collaborates with developers, quality assurance professionals, and project managers to ensure that software is thoroughly tested and ready for deployment.
