| From: Rupali Sahoo, Systray Technologies.com [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Anaplan Functional Consultant Job Type: Contract Duration: Long Term Location: Remote Job Description: As an Anaplan Consultant in the Client Connected Planning unit, you will be leading the project in a fast-paced team delivering solutions in Anaplan for Client requirements. You will leverage your formal education in the relevant field and your professional experience to apply professional concepts to work on targeted problems and tasks. You will follow standard practices and procedures applicable in your area of work to complete your task/deliverable with high quality under limited supervision. Your passion for conceptualizing, designing, and building models and your ability to ask the right questions, apply analytical skills, technical skills and reliably complete your deliverable with high quality. Your demonstrated ability to consistently achieve this while continuing to improve your knowledge and skills will define success for your role. Perform functional and technical testing of system, Bug fixes and enhancements. Lead the team for Anaplan service line ticket and resolution. Participate in prioritizing system issues for development team, participate in regular calls with development team to keep track of progress. The primary responsibilities include: Understand Client business planning & performance management processes and related business requirements Ability to optimize the Anaplan Models for performance Strong expertise and deep understanding of multi-dimensional modeling Good knowledge on Finance/Sales or Supply chain planning domain Moderate skills of Excel spreadsheet modelling, macros, pivot tables, formulas, charts etc. Ability to translate from model-building in Excel to multi-dimensional technologies. Strong understanding of Data Integrations Strong client facing skills Must be organized and detail oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment and manage a high workload A strong business acumen in S&OP, FP&A & Sales Planning for various industries is preferred Understanding clients- business processes and business requirements Translating requirements into functional requirements and user stories Provide hands-on training to end users on Anaplan models and processes Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and other model settings to meet business needs You are required to create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures Also need to play the role of BA to work closely with business closely and write user stories, design, train, test and conduct UAT trainings. Education masters degree. Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics Experience 5-9 years relevant experience Skills & Certifications 3-4 year or more experience of successfully implementing Anaplan solutions as Senior Anaplan Model Builder or Model Builder on 3 or more Anaplan implementation projects. 5-10 years of consulting/implementation prior experience with on premise systems such as SAP BPC, IBM Cognos TM1, Oracle Hyperion etc. Anaplan Hands-On Model building experience of 4-5 years Delivered projects for large multi-national companies in an Analytical environment.
