This team manages timekeeping and HR Payroll, as well as PeopleSoft, integrations, and reporting. Team Size: 11-13 Important Skills Technical Oracle Cloud - Fast formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, PL-SQL and OIC Oracle HCM - 7+ yrs exp - majority of experience developing payroll modules Ask "do you have any experience with payroll integrations into ADP or Fidelity or something similar" if no, pass. Loading data using HDL and HSDL loaders technically skilled and have functional knowledge of Payroll (80/20) creating tables/know where to look for info Soft Strong understanding of payroll process (processing, tax, GL teams) Great comms - needs to train up team on oracle - this is VIP and why we need techincal ability.
