Role: Data Architect Location: Austin, TX -Onsite Duration :Long Term Contract Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement scalable REST APIs to support business needs. Develop and maintain monitoring systems to ensure the performance and reliability of applications and services. Automate API testing and deployment to ensure robustness and efficiency. Architect and manage big data solutions to handle vast amounts of structured and unstructured data. Design and implement data engineering and ETL frameworks for efficient data processing and transformation. Conduct load testing to ensure system performance under high traffic conditions. Manage and optimize MongoDB databases to ensure data integrity and performance. Utilize Node.js to build high-performance, scalable server-side applications. Develop scripts and automation using Python to streamline processes and improve productivity. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technology Architect or similar role. Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development. Experience with monitoring tools and frameworks to ensure system reliability. Expertise in API automation and testing frameworks. Proficiency in big data technologies and platforms. Solid experience in data engineering, including ETL processes and frameworks. Experience with load testing tools and methodologies. Hands-on experience with MongoDB and its ecosystem. Proficiency in Node.js and related frameworks. Strong programming skills in Python. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with other databases and data storage technologies. Strong understanding of security best practices in software development.
