Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Generative AI Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize AI solutions within our ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies , experience with ServiceNow , and a passion for driving innovation through intelligent automation . Key Responsibilities: 1. AI Solution Development : o Design and develop AI-driven solutions to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the ServiceNow platform. o Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration within ServiceNow modules. 2. Implementation and Optimization : o Implement AI models and algorithms within the ServiceNow platform. o Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability , and accuracy. 3. Data Management : o Collect, preprocess, and Analyze data to train AI models . o Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the AI lifecycle . 4. Integration and Automation : o Integrate AI solutions with existing ServiceNow workflows and processes . o Automate routine tasks and processes using AI technologies . 5. Continuous Improvement : o Monitor the performance of AI solutions and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. o Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ServiceNow technologies and apply them to enhance our platform. 6. Documentation and Training: o Document AI solutions , processes, and best practices. o Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on AI functionalities . Qualifications: Proven experience in developing and implementing AI solutions , preferably within the ServiceNow platform. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python , JavaScript , or similar. Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow , PyTorch , scikit-learn ). In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules and capabilities. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator , Certified Application Developer ). Experience with natural language processing ( NLP ) and chatbot development . Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS , Azure , Cloud ) and their AI services . Knowledge of IT Service Management ( ITSM ) and IT Operations Management ( ITOM ).
