Job Summary: As a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in the insurance industry, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working with stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions. You will leverage your expertise to drive business initiatives and support the delivery of high-quality products and services. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document business requirements, processes, and workflows in the insurance domain. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and management, to gather and define requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Solution Development: Work closely with development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and improve operational efficiency. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Project Management: Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget, while meeting quality standards. Documentation: Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process maps to support development and implementation activities. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Training and Support: Provide training and support to business users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of new systems and processes. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide insights and recommendations for business strategies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 13 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques. Experience with insurance software systems and platforms. Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
