Title: Product Manager Location: Charlotte, NC (HYBRID) Duration: 12+ Months Contract NEED Local to Charlotte, NC (NO RELOCATION) How many rounds of interview: 1 (some cases 2). The Product Manager owns the roadmap, and feature definition for individual products within a product group. This role will be focused on ensuring business partners are aligned to Stores vision and OKRs. The role will focus on the stores experience for Pro customers and define and measure success metrics. The product manager will drive prioritization, while enabling clear user stories and making product-related decisions based on the needs and expectations of stakeholders. Responsibilities include writing stories to define outcomes and product requirements as well as planning and managing product features through the product development process. Required skills: Experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management. Ability to articulate business needs as capabilities for the technical product. Strong writing ability Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience in an agile software environment. Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization.
