As we continue to innovate and enhance our infrastructure, we are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities: Server and Network Administration: Oversee and coordinate daily operations involving server and network administrators, ensuring seamless execution of projects and tasks. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to strategize and implement system upgrades, cutovers, and migrations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Server Management: Manage and oversee environments with over 2000 servers, addressing the needs of application teams requiring frequent maintenance and critical application lifecycle replacements. Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, including engineering teams and leadership, to facilitate clear and effective communication. EMS (Energy Management System) Expertise: Leverage your experience with EMS to effectively manage projects within the energy utility sector. Agile Methodologies: Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to streamline project processes and enhance team efficiency. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Project/Program Manager, with a strong background in server and network administration. Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the energy utility industry and with EMS systems is preferred. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders. Agile & Scrum Mastery: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, ideally with certifications or demonstrable experience.
