This role will conduct standard scrum master duties such as facilitating scrum ceremonies, raising or removing team barriers and maintaining a tight relationship with the product owner. Experience being a scrum master for multiple scrum teams simultaneously is preferred. Also, the scrum teams are not mature in scrum processes, they are learning, so experience with helping teams navigate and progress through an agile transformation is also preferred.
