Role: Performance Testing Architect / Lead Location: St Louis Missouri (MO) Type of Hire - Contract/ C2H Duration: 12 months Number of Interviews 2 Position requirements: Performance testing background JMeter / BlazeMeter / Load Runner / AppDynamics / Datadog Secondary Environment experience in .NET and or IVR (telecom systems) Job Description Customer Expectations: o Onboard a performance Lead/architect at Onshore (St. Louis) o Performance Lead to work closely with Dev team to understand app architecture. o This Performance Architect is also expected to have some Dev knowledge to support Dev team. Skills Required : o Minimum 7+ Years Experience in JMETER & BLAZEMETER, Load Runner, AppDynamics, Datadog. o Performs stress, load, regression and performance testing to validate production readiness of software applications and infrastructure for stability and performance o Provides Performance testing software systems support for respective business unit o Coordinates and execute upon the creation of Test Cases, scripts and performance test execution o Design, develop, and execute scripts which validate, to a high degree of confidence, test cases defined within the projects test plan o Perform automated load/performance testing across multiple messaging protocols (including HTTP), focusing on overall application performance - validating that application response and outputs accurately reflect business requirements o Tracks and communicates task progress, status, and key performance metrics o Report defects found in testing diligently, promptly, and accurately, using standard defect tracking tools o Communicate effectively across multiple teams/external vendors (Operations, Project Teams, Quality Service, ), different personnel (Developers, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, ) when required o Design, develop, and execute performance test cases and scripts through analysis of product specifications and software requirements, mentoring other test team members Good To have: o Perf Lead is expected to give his recommendation and create road map for perf.
