As a Senior Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our Salesforce Strategy & Operations, driving the optimization of sales and service team workflows through innovative testing solutions. Leading the Salesforce Test Engineering team, you'll champion best practices and modern methodologies, ensuring the delivery of applications that directly enhance the experiences of our teams and patients. Responsibilities: - Spearhead software quality leadership across the enterprise. - Lead the Salesforce testing team, supporting all projects and deliverables. - Assist in establishing testing practices for the Salesforce test engineering team. - Participate in all phases of project development, from scope definition to production deployment. - Provide technical expertise in issue resolution, including workaround solutions or escalations. - Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps engineers, and product owners in agile and waterfall methodologies. - Document and engage with business and technology stakeholders as necessary. - Define testing strategy and implement automated testing frameworks. Requirements: - Hands-on application testing experience, translating business requirements into test cases. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience. - 10+ years testing Salesforce applications on Cloud. - 7+ years of management experience. - Extensive experience in API testing and automation. - Proficiency in programming languages/frameworks such as Javascript, Python, JAVA. - Experience with testing tools like Cypress, SOAP UI, Ready API, and open-source tools. - Expertise in test case preparation and execution. - Strong communication, time management, reporting, and analytical skills. - Familiarity with automation testing standards, documentation, release, and configuration management. - Experience in Agile/DevOps environments and with source code and CI tools/processes. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA, TestRail is preferred. - Sound knowledge of QA methodology and Agile frameworks.
