The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and will be responsible for leading the operations and support activities for our identity management systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead the operations and support team for SailPoint IdentityIQ. Manage and monitor the SailPoint platform to ensure optimal performance and availability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ. Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of SailPoint workflows and integrations. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to address identity management requirements. Ensure compliance with security policies and standards. Document processes, configurations, and support procedures. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Extensive experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles. Proven experience in operations and support roles for IAM solutions. Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, and XML for SailPoint customization. Familiarity with SQL and database management. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., Okta, Saviynt). Knowledge of security protocols and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth). Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to IAM. Experience in mentoring and leading technical teams.
