Web producer or product manager experience (technical) in a web channel. Ability to lead large meetings in a scrum environment. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of web content management capabilities and standard methodologies, and proficiency in WordPress, search, and display Extremely detail-oriented and organized with a hands-on approach to project management and a strong bias for action Ability to handle multiple and high volume projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining excellent and accurate work Strong experience project managing and executing web marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment across multiple cross-functional teams Skilled in working with cross-functional teams and adapting to changing business needs Eagerness to learn fast with strong creative problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude Excellent communicator, with both written and oral proficiency, and the ability to build bridges with internal teams and vendors Strong experience in a web channel with testing methodologies to ensure accurate and efficient execution of projects Experience with understanding figma and design assets is required Experience with JIRA, QuickBase, and SmartSheets is a plus Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS.
