Job Title: Compliance Control Testing Specialist / ADA Compliance Analyst Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract Mandatory: Experience within the second/third line or third-party consulting, transaction testing regulatory requirements related to the American with Disabilities Act. (ADA) Experience assessing website (and mobile app) accessibility for public accommodations under the ADA. Experience writing and designing testing questions and strategy for testing regulatory requirements related to the American with Disabilities Act. (ADA) Experience documenting and evidencing compliance and operational risk within the banking industry, preferable at a large complex financial institution. Ability to analyze and apply ADA regulatory requirements to a banks operational environment. Ability to effectively communicate observations and results both orally and in writing at a high level. Bonus Experience control testing in the second/third line and/or third-party consulting. Experience analyzing and evaluating the control environment within the banking industry.
