| From: Akash Sharma, Tekinspirations [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] LinkedIn Mandatory, Local candidates only , possible glider Title : Senior Quality Assurance Lead Location: Hybrid - 2 days onsite in Austin Duration: 6+ months Senior Quality Assurance Lead : Ideal candidate should have 12+ years of hands on experience as Quality Assurance lead and working with third party vendors/leading offshore projects handling multiple QA teams and projects. Responsibilities: Partners with the QA Director to architect, implement, and manage a comprehensive QA strategy for the investment data warehouse project. Set the strategic roadmap and develop QA processes and strategies Collaborate with third-party vendors to define and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices. Oversee the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential quality issues, implementing mitigation strategies. Drive defect management and resolution, ensuring timely closure of defects. Monitor and report on QA metrics and KPIs to measure and improve quality. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging QA technologies. Implement tools and metrics to proactively measure quality of services across the SDLC lifecycle. Should be willing to step in and perform hands on testing if the need arises. Requirements: Experience working with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud and enterprise technology transformation space Experience collaborating with Third party vendors, development teams and systems integrators to deliver solutions Experience establishing processes and criteria to regularly evaluate large projects to ensure they meet quality standards. Expertise in testing SaaS applications and data warehousing systems. Experience working with third-party vendors and managing vendor relationships. Experience in Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics; Apache PySpark; Spark Notebook Experience working in Reporting products Microsoft BI Suite, Power BI , Tableau Experience in functional and regression testing of ETL - New , Migratory, Change and Report testing Strong analytical skills with high attention to details and accuracy Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with the ability to serve as a liaison with Developers, Product Managers, Project Managers Should be willing to switch between functional, automation and manual testing per needs Keywords: quality analyst business intelligence Senior Quality Assurance Lead [email protected] |
