This role requires mid-level expertise with a strong background in cyber and IT to effectively create reports and presentations for key committees, including the US ROC (Risk Oversight Committee), ITCC (IT Coordination Committee), MRC (Management Risk Committee), and NFRC (National Financial Risk Committee). Key Responsibilities: Report Preparation: Develop and prepare detailed management reporting materials for the US CISO to present at senior committees, including the US ROC, ITCC, MRC, and NFRC. Create clear, concise, and accurate reports that communicate the progress and status of the US Cyber/IT Remediation Program. Content Development: Gather and analyze data related to cyber and IT remediation efforts to ensure that reports reflect the current state and progress. Draft and refine content to effectively convey complex cyber and IT information to senior stakeholders and committee members. Presentation Support: Assist in the creation of presentation materials, including slides, charts, and executive summaries. Ensure that all materials are tailored to the specific needs and focus areas of each committee. Committee Coordination: Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to gather necessary information and insights for reporting. Coordinate with the US CISO and other key personnel to ensure alignment of reporting materials with committee objectives and expectations. Quality Assurance: Review and validate the accuracy of information presented in reports and presentations. Ensure that reporting materials are consistent, high-quality, and aligned with organizational standards and requirements. Continuous Improvement: Provide recommendations for improving reporting processes and tools to enhance the effectiveness and clarity of communications. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cyber and IT management reporting Qualifications: Experience: Mid-level experience in cyber and IT, with a demonstrated ability to prepare management reports and presentations for senior-level committees. Experience in creating and presenting detailed reports and updates related to cyber and IT remediation programs. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and actionable insights. Proficiency in report preparation tools and software, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant applications.
