Salesforce Administrator

Location- Columbus- remote for EST time zone folks

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a full time opportunity who is dedicated to maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of our Salesforce products.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related field. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salesforces Admin Certification required.

Qualifications:
Require 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
Require at least 1 years of experience providing project management and/or business analysis for technical projects
Require technical ability to configure Salesforce and develop workflows, dashboards, and reports
Require a deep knowledge of the capabilities of Salesforce.

Position Summary:
We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who is effective at working with multiple stakeholders, understanding the needs of system users, designing solutions and configuring Salesforce products to meet our needs.
In addition, ongoing operational management and support of the Salesforce systems is a critical role of this position.
The Salesforce Administrator will promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, add/delete users, design and maintain templates and assist the sales support team in supporting and training users.
To ensure success in this role, the Salesforce Administrator will collaborate heavily with others.
The Salesforce Administrator will facilitate meetings w/ stakeholders to understand requests and document requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

System Operations, Design, Configuration and Change Management
Proactively seek out system enhancement needs and document requirements
Manage and perform system changes without interruption to the user
Communicate changes to the users in advance so they understand the change and how to use it prior to

implementation
Add/remove user accounts, manage security, and maintain roles, profiles, and hierarchies
Manage new releases and updates to Salesforce and effectively roll out new features
Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards campaigns and other objects
Maintain and create workflows, functions and configurations within Salesforce
Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
Perform report and dashboard creation and maintenance
Monitor and manage exception logs for back end system integration with SFDC
Manage data quality and solve issues including duplicate records.

User Assistance, Training, Adoption and Satisfaction
Serve as second or third level support for Salesforce users and assist the sales support team in supporting

and training users
Work with leaders to propose and implement new ways to leverage Salesforce
Communicate regularly with user base regarding new features, enhancements and changes to the system
Document company processes and workflows
Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience
Serve as the company SME on Salesforce.

Engage Stakeholders and Ensure Collaboration
Adhere to governance process for the Salesforce products
Ensure the right leaders and other stakeholders are engaged in solution definition and decisions, including

leaders of all user groups impacted and corporate IT
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization.

What you should show up ready to teach anyone on your first day:
How to add or remove user accounts, manage security, maintain roles, profiles, and hierarchies, and build

reports.

Within your first month, youll:
Train or show a Sales Consultant or other user how to use the Salesforce system
Start developing relationships with key users and leaders in the organization
Learn and understand the business use and needs within the system
Manage and perform system updates with no user interruption.

Within your first year, youll:
Develop Salesforce solutions, collaborating closely with stakeholders to prioritize and plan enhancements
Have strong relationships with the right leaders in Sales, IT, and other functional areas
Increase efficiencies within the system.
