| From: Harish Varma, R2 Technologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Positions: Plex ERP Solution Architect Location: Chicago, IL (Remote for local) Duration: Long Term Contract Work closely with business units to understand their requirements and translate them into Plex ERP configurations. Provide technical expertise in configuring, customizing, and maintaining the Plex ERP system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement process improvements using the Plex ERP system. Lead the design and implementation of Plex ERP solutions to address complex business challenges. Manage data migration and integration processes to ensure seamless transitions to the Plex ERP system. Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the Plex ERP system. Participate in project management activities, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management. Perform system testing and quality assurance to guarantee the reliability and performance of Plex ERP configurations. Stay updated with Plex ERP enhancements and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance. Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing to streamline Plex ERP processes and troubleshooting. Participate in the evaluation of new technologies and tools to enhance the Plex ERP system's capabilities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in implementing and configuring the Plex ERP system in a corporate environment. Strong understanding of ERP concepts, modules, and business processes. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages used in Plex ERP development. Experience with Plex ERP reporting tools and utilities for report generation and customization. Knowledge of database management systems, particularly in the context of ERP systems. Demonstrated expertise in understanding and mapping complex business processes to the Plex ERP system. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver successful outcomes. Proficiency in data management, including data migration, integration, and database maintenance. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive consensus in decision-making. In-depth knowledge of ERP best practices and industry standards. Relevant certifications in Plex ERP or related technologies would be an advantage.
