Recommend upgrades and new systems that will be more useful for the project Design and maintain project documentation including process flows, user stories, used cases, perform testing and validation of D365 solutions Previous hands-on experience with Azure/DevOps/ Agile Delivery Have experience collaborating with stakeholders in related roles (IT & Business), be detail oriented, and have strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize effectively. Experience leading large cross-function teams and driving consensus among colleagues; ability to lead, motivate, influence, and drive to results in a highly matrixed environment is essential Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or related field 5+ years experience of proven experience as a BA with strong experience in D365 F & O modules /CRM Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking, documentation skills. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Strong leadership skills, self-starter and dependability. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, be process-minded and detail-oriented. Experience in Agile/Scrum management principles, CRM Integrations Confident, proactive approach to managing difficult situations, conflicting requirements and schedules, and energetic people.
