Role: Servicenow Analyst with Servicenow ATF(Automated Test Framework) Location: Dallas/ San Antonio, TX(Onsite) H1B with PPnum Mandatory Job Description: Total IT of 9+ Years Experience required Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation. Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), ServiceNow APIs, and custom applications. Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience designing and implementing automated test scripts using testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or ServiceNow ATF(Automated Test Framework). Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyse complex systems and identify test scenarios and edge cases. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA). Experience with behaviour-driven development (BDD) and test-driven development (TDD) practices. Knowledge of software quality assurance (SQA) processes, test management tools, and defect tracking systems. Familiarity with performance testing, security testing, and other non-functional testing techniques.
