Role Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for production environments, ensuring high availability and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, Execute change requests in production

Monitor system performance and logs using Splunk to identify and address potential problems proactively.

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams

Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence

Document support procedures and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions

Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support as needed.

Continuously improve support processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
