Leading sprint planning, sprint
review, and sprint retrospective meetings.

Working closely with the
product owner to define and prioritize tasks.

Removing Obstacles:

Identifying and eliminating
roadblocks that hinder the teams progress.

Shielding the team from
external distractions.

Coaching and Guiding:

Assisting the team in
determining their goals.

Hosting daily stand-up
meetings.
