Architect and design enterprise-level solutions using Pega 8.x, ensuring integration with existing systems and platforms. Lead and mentor teams in the adoption and implementation of new Pega features and best practices. Conduct high-level reviews of the systems architecture and provide strategic direction to maintain alignment with business goals. Develop architectural blueprints that detail system scalability, reliability, and performance requirements.
