You will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of our Cisco IVR systems, ensuring seamless customer interactions and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement complex Cisco IVR applications using Cisco CVP platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain IVR flow diagrams, scripts, and documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve IVR system issues in a timely manner. Perform system testing, quality assurance, and performance tuning. Stay up-to-date with the latest Cisco IVR technologies and industry best practices. Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco IVR technologies, specifically Cisco CVP. Strong proficiency in IVR design, development, and implementation. In-depth knowledge of VoiceXML, VXML, and scripting languages. Expertise in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE). Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cisco Unified IP Interactive Voice Response (IP IVR). Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and processes. Certifications in Cisco Unified Communications or Contact Center technologies.
