The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cisco IVR technologies and a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing complex IVR solutions. You will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of our Cisco IVR systems, ensuring seamless customer interactions and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement complex Cisco IVR applications using Cisco CVP platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain IVR flow diagrams, scripts, and documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve IVR system issues in a timely manner. Perform system testing, quality assurance, and performance tuning. Stay up-to-date with the latest Cisco IVR technologies and industry best practices. Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco IVR technologies, specifically Cisco CVP. Strong proficiency in IVR design, development, and implementation. In-depth knowledge of VoiceXML, VXML, and scripting languages. Expertise in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE). Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cisco Unified IP Interactive Voice Response (IP IVR). Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and processes. Certifications in Cisco Unified Communications or Contact Center technologies.
