Role: ServiceNow HRSD Location: Dallas, TX (Only Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 10+ years Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules to streamline HR service delivery processes. Manage and resolve HR-related incidents and service requests in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define and document HR service delivery processes and workflows. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR service delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow platform. Provide training and support to HR and IT staff on ServiceNow HRSD functionalities and best practices. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular reviews and audits of HRSD processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain documentation, including process maps, user guides, and standard operating procedures. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features, enhancements, and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of [X] years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementation and management. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Knowledge Management. Experience in incident management and service delivery management within an HR context. Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration, scripting, and workflow automation. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ServiceNow certification(s) in HRSD, ITIL, or related areas is a plus.
