This is NOT an Instructional designer Must Haves *** (make sure these are on the resume, in the company descriptions , not just at the top in the summary) Must have only 3 - 7 years experience with Design and development of curriculum for new and existing educational offerings , including self-paced training, certification programs, and post-training activities 3 - 7 years of learning/e-learning design experience using ADDIE / SAM or similar methodologies Experience with technical product instructional design & training development Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite , LMS/LXP , and/or e-learning authoring tool experience Experience Designing complete product curriculum which address business critical learning objectives for technical subject matter JOB DESCRIPTION The Global Revenue Enablement team is seeking a creative and passionate Curriculum Designer with experience in defining, executing, and scaling enterprise-wide product and technical enablement curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, authoring, and delivering engaging learning experiences across various modalities virtual, in-person, e-learning, etc. The Curriculum Designer will be responsible for creating a range of instructional materials, from support content to interactive courses for a suite of ever-evolving products. The individual in this role must be willing and able to switch between tasks and juggle projects to accommodate shifting priorities and meet deadlines. Role Responsibilities: Design complete product curriculum which addresses business critical learning objectives for technical subject matter at multiple levels of role-based detail Maintain, evaluate, and iterate on existing learning deliverables with an emphasis on continuous improvement and learner centered design Identify performance and process gaps, discover new training opportunities, and drive new projects through to completion Cross-functionally collaborate with Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, Technical SMEs, and other internal teams to determine ongoing and release-based training needs Design and develop curriculum for new and existing educational offerings, including self-paced training, certification programs, and post-training activities Create supporting material/media (PPTs, audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games, etc.) Must Have Skills: 3-7 years of learning design experience using ADDIE/SAM or similar methodology Experience integrating theory and practice to deliver pedagogically sound learning experiences Visual multi-media design (advanced PPT, graphics) Basic audio and video editing skills Strong project management skills An intellectually curious mindset Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 3+ years in sales, partner, success or customer enablement Experience with technical product instructional design & training development Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, LMS/LXP, and/or e-learning authoring tool experience Previous experience in a SaaS company Masters degree in Learning Design, Instructional Design, Learning Tech, Education, Business or similar field Thanks & Regards Sushmita Soni Sr. Technical Recruiter| SoniTalent Corp.
