Position Program management with Testing Experience Location Jersey City, NJ, USA (Hybrid mode of working 3 days a week from office) Job Title: Program Manager 15+years - Testing Responsibilities: Manage Testing Processes: Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of software tests. Develop Test Strategies: Create comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure thorough testing of software products. Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with development, QA, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Monitor Progress: Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the testing process and develop mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, issues, and resolutions. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and deadlines. Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in the testing process. Required Skills: Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Familiarity with SQL, data collection, and end-to-end testing.
