Need to understand how money movement works. BSA's should have some SQL, API, and Data Migration knowledge. Must-have 7+ years of Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups and stakeholder requirements responsibilities Develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimates Manage risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties Define the business analysis approach including tasks and deliverables based on the project and delivery methodology Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out business priorities Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review Analyze and document scope of the business solution using enterprise-standard requirements methodology Review, analyze and evaluate user needs to create systems solutions that support business strategies. Create system specifications that drive system development and implementation. Mining data from primary and secondary sources, analyzing and reorganizing data in a format that can be easily read. Risk mitigation planning Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent Designing and maintaining data systems and databases; this includes fixing coding errors and other data-related problems. Mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily read by either human or machine.
