Excellent communication skills and a track record of cross-group/cross-discipline collaboration. Team player with a positive attitude. Ability to be adaptable and agile in development. Prior experience specifically as an engineering manager with responsibility for the entire engineering lifecycle for a B2B and B2C financial services organization. Experience analyzing complex unfamiliar software across a wide range of levels of detail. Experience with building storage systems with industry-leading availability, reliability, durability, and performance.
