| Position : Lead Pega System Architect Location: Schaumburg IL (Need locals) - Relocation Acceptable Duration: 6 Months Its Hybrid role 2-3 days onsite and rest of the time work from home Responsibilities: Architect and design enterprise-level solutions using Pega 8.x, ensuring integration with existing systems and platforms. Lead and mentor teams in the adoption and implementation of new Pega features and best practices. Conduct high-level reviews of the systems architecture and provide strategic direction to maintain alignment with business goals. Develop architectural blueprints that detail system scalability, reliability, and performance requirements.
