| Title: IT Business Analyst Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid on-site 2 3 days a week) 333 S. Wabash Chicago, IL Duration: 12 months + (Potential for extension) Top Skills: Requirements gathering, Azure Devops (ADO), EOL Job Description: We are looking for a Business Analyst with at least 6 years of IT experience. This resource needs strong Azure DevOps (ADO) experience. This resource also needs a mix of IT project experience ideally Infrastructure, Regulatory, Migrations, Security. Top Desired Skills: At least 6+ years for Business Analysis experience - Strong General Technical Aptitude in a mix of the following Infrastructure, Regulatory, Migrations, Security Azure DevOps (ADO) Agile Concepts features and Stories Previous experience supporting EOL (end of life) This particular group is the Lifecycle Management Team. The End Of Life Team program is an integral part of the technology refresh organization at the Bank. They are responsible for identifying risk related to end of life technology and then insuring mitigation of those risks through updates and/or new platforms by working with groups across the enterprise. We are tracking all of the tech refresh work in ADO through Features and Stories and ensuring that the Service Now draft changes are kept up to date. These features and stories are out on application team boards. - This role will work with application teams to ensure that ADO updates are made on a regular bi-weekly basis and the underlying service now changes have directional dates. - They will manage the data related to this project and work with cross functional team leaders, application owners, platform engineers to have technical conversations surrounding upgrades. - Expertise in managing all phases of systems development from concept through implementation and maintenance. - Past Finance domain experience is preferred, but not required *No relo candidates. This resource needs to be local to Chicago area and able to work hybrid onsite 2 3 days a week. Work Location: 333 S.
