Description: We are looking for a Program Manager/ Delivery Manager to work with one of the leading financial services organization in the USA. The ideal candidate must possess good experience as a Program/Delivery Manager and proven record of handling customer communications - verbal and written. The candidate should have the knowledge of agile scrum practices and should be a team player. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Program Management: Plan, execute, and oversee technical programs and projects from inception to completion. Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and engineering teams. Communicate program status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements. Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and QA specialists. Foster collaboration and ensure teams are working towards shared objectives. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program delivery. Implement contingency plans and address challenges proactively. Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet technical standards and business requirements. Implement processes for continuous improvement. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-mortem analyses. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve program management processes and methodologies. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and senior management Requires Skills Strong effective communication skills, both written and verbal 10+ years of hands on PM/SM experience 5+ Years of PGM experience Experience managing projects across multiple geographic locations Excellent communication and presentation skills.
