Coordinate systems analysis and application development activities through direct and indirect staff. 2. Direct development teams in scheduling, technical direction, future planning, and standard development practices. 3. Participate in budgeting, capital equipment processes, and quality improvement activities for the Department. 4. Meet scheduled milestones to ensure project program objectives are met in a timely manner and has an in-depth knowledge of the principles, theories, practices, and techniques for managing the activities related to planning, managing, and implementing systems analysis and applications development projects and programs. 5. Support OIT in achieving, obtaining, and operating at a CMMI maturity level 3 or above.
