Hybrid contract role, client will help pay expenses if they are reasonable, no cross country flights, etc It is a Paylocity/SAP Integration Lead working on an HR Payroll project for a client in Denver Colorado, mostly remote, may need to travel onsite to get requirements and attend high level meetings. Project Overview: We are seeking a skilled Paylocity consultant to streamline our current manual payroll processes and optimize various Paylocity modules to ensure efficient management of the employee lifecycle. Scope of Work Automate Payroll Process Current State Analysis Assess the existing manual payroll process across multiple companies and locations. Identify the various pay structures and accounting coding currently in use. System Design & Configuration Design an automated payroll process using Paylocity Time and Labor. Configure Paylocity to handle different pay structures, including hourly, salaried, and commission-based employees. Ensure accurate integration of accounting coding for financial tracking and reporting. Integration with SAP Develop and implement an integration plan for seamless data transfer between Paylocity and SAP. Ensure real-time synchronization of payroll data and accounting information. Testing & Validation Conduct thorough testing of the automated payroll process to ensure accuracy and reliability. Validate the integration with SAP, ensuring no data discrepancies. Training & Documentation Provide comprehensive training to HR and payroll teams on the new automated process. Develop detailed documentation for ongoing reference and support. Optimize Paylocity Modules Recruitment Review and enhance the recruitment module to streamline job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communication. Integrate assessment tools and automate workflows for candidate evaluations. Onboarding Optimize the onboarding module to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Automate document completion, training schedules, and new hire checklists. Learning Management System (LMS) Refine the LMS module to support comprehensive employee training and development. Implement tracking and reporting features to monitor training progress and compliance. Employee Lifecycle Management Ensure seamless integration of all modules to support the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. Automate transactional processes such as performance reviews, promotions, transfers, and terminations. Implement analytics and reporting tools to monitor key HR metrics and inform strategic decisions. Deliverables Automated payroll process with integrated accounting coding. Fully functional integration between Paylocity and SAP. Optimized Paylocity modules (recruitment, onboarding, LMS, etc.). Training sessions and comprehensive documentation for HR and payroll teams. Continuous support and troubleshooting post-implementation. Qualifications Proven experience in implementing and optimizing Paylocity systems. Strong knowledge of payroll processes, accounting coding, and SAP integration. Excellent project management and communication skills. Hands on Paylocity modules experience (recruitment, onboarding, LMS, etc.). Ability to train and support HR and payroll teams effectively. Web Services API experience with RESTful Internet protocol and end point structure. Experience with HTTP and OAuth 2.0 - API Authorization framework.
