From: Swati Nishad, Inherent Technologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: IT Support Technician Rate 22 W2, 22 Location: Galliano, LA ***Day 1 Onsite Duration: 1 Years Phone & Skype Client: HCL Immediate Interview Job Description: Windows Server Administration Build, Manage and Hardware upgrades Start and Stop Servers and vSphere on need basis Patch Management and apply Service Packs through WSUS, SCCM Anti-Virus updates, Security compliance for Servers Maintain all systems to defined security standards Break Fix for IT Gear in Data Center (includes but not limited to storage, compute, servers) Maintaining and Implementing PCN/SCADA/DMZ Scheduled Tasks / Robocopy / reporting scripts / SMTP Backup & Restore servers using Acronis Manage Acronis Server Support using Halo Lens Network Printer troubleshooting/Configuration/Supply ordering AM and FM two-way Radios first level support Level 1 Desk side support for Customer and 3rd party vendors Asset Tracking Receiving IT equipment at the site. Decommission IT equipment Escorting any hardware engineer or third-party visitor where server equipment is located, as required wherever dedicated support is available. Conduct Safety trainings and communications Assist in Hurricane contingency procedures Adhere to Offshore Platform Safety Policies and Procedures Mandatory: Willing to stay and work in offshore platform (in sea) in shift (schedule: 14 days on and 14 days off) 5+ years of experience working in Enterprise IT environment Experience in Windows Server administration Experience in security hardening of servers and maintain systems to defined security standards Anti-virus and Patch Management of servers Prior experience with offshore platform preferred Keywords: access management information technology wtwo Louisiana IT Support Technician [email protected] |
