Development: Develop systems using higher-level languages such as 3 GLs, 4 GLs, enterprise-class application development tools, system utilities, and project management tools. Problem Solving: Diagnose and isolate complex application software problems; formulate and implement effective solutions considering system capacity, limitations, time requirements, and desired results to resolve system problems and prevent recurrence. Subroutine Design: Design and develop subroutines to support system development efforts for maximum productivity. Programming Assignments: Perform difficult, complex, and specialized programming assignments to meet users' and business needs. Logic-Based Development: Seek programmers who are logic-based and willing to deep dive into the code to improve the application. Application Process: Candidates need to have all three top skills listed (Oracle BI, PL/SQL, Data Warehouse) to be considered for an interview with the manager.
