The selected candidate may have to travel to the office occasionally or as business needs arise. Please share two professional references with submission. Skills Required:- 5+ years - Lead, facilitate, and coordinate business requirements gathering. Validate the requirements and assist with the functional design of solutions. 5+ years - Develop, execute, and document test plans and organize and oversee end-user testing and acceptance. Track defects and coordinate resolutions. 5+ years - Research, perform analysis, and provide recommendations for solutions that meet business needs and fit within the system/software capabilities. Comprehensive experience in business process analysis, new business process design, quality/process improvement, and change management. Thorough knowledge and understanding of the software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, testing, and deployment. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Access, etc.). Working knowledge of project management methods, tools, and techniques, including MS Visio; experience working with project management software.
