Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (cloud migration projects) Location: Boston MA Duration: Long Term Must Have Skills Business Analysis 15+ Business Requirements 12+ years Business Development 12+ years Responsibilities: Lead the business analysis efforts for cloud migration projects, ensuring all business requirements are accurately captured and documented. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale IT projects. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, project management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flows. the latest trends and best practices in cloud technologies and business analysis. Skills: Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., CBAP, PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar. Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL processes. Experience with data migration and integration projects. Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, with a focus on IT projects. Proven experience in leading business analysis efforts for cloud migration projects, including planning, execution, and validation. Strong expertise in business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in cloud technologies, with experience in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and manage their expectations. Experience in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring successful project delivery.
