Required Skills and Experience: Telecom Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Telecom industry, with a strong focus on OSS/BSS systems and billing processes. Testing Proficiency: Proven experience in functional, system, and end-to-end testing methodologies. Test Automation: Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, particularly WebDriverIO. Netcracker ICOMS 8: Strong understanding of Netcracker ICOMS 8 architecture and functionalities. Performance Testing: Proficiency in performance testing using JMeter to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex systems, identify potential issues, and propose effective solutions. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and business teams. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and drive test execution to completion. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of additional test automation tools and frameworks. Understanding of cloud-based environments and test strategies.
