Visa: Any Client - Cummins Oracle HCM Fusion cloud technical Roles & Responsibilities Should have At least 6+ Years of Experience in Oracle HCM as Technical Consultant Must have experience in integration Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical Should be an expert in HCM Extracts knowledge in EBS HRMS would be a value add Good in outbound integrations BI Reports + HDL knowledge Product Skills Ability to do requirement gathering and mapping of the requirements with the Cloud product Should have participated as a technical/techno-function resource in end-to-end implementation projects Strong expertise in SQL and a good understanding of HCM tables Good hands-on HDL/HCM Extracts / BIP / Rest API. Expertise in RTF, Excel, and E-Text Templates. Strong written and verbal communications skills Experience in creating Technical design documentation and SIT/UAT Test scripts.
