Visa Restrictions: No H1b/CPT Interview: Video/Skype Job Description: The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in change management within the automotive or manufacturing industry. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, and a commitment to facilitating successful organisation change. Responsibilities: Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential challenges and resistance points within the organization. Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress. Identify and engage key stakeholders across various business units to ensure alignment and support for the SAP project. Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency and manage expectations. Develop training materials and programs that address the needs of different user groups. Ensure end-users are adequately trained and supported to use the new QAD system effectively. Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions. Skills required: Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management, preferably in large-scale SAP implementations. Proven track record of successfully managing organizational change in complex environments.: Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
